Ageing: Maceration in contact with (submerged) cap for 28 days, partial ageing in 250 litres oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Extremely ripe and complex with a quite unique character of dark berry fruit with distinct notes of cinnamon and chocolate. In the palate, it is equally fruity, medium-bodied and with fine tannins. Very pleasant aftertaste with persistent notes of fruit jam. |
