Fire Waters                                           
Fire Water:
Most Fire Water (Aguardente) is made by distilling grape residue (mainly the skins, but also stems and seeds) left over from winemaking after pressing. It was originally made to prevent waste by using leftovers at the end of the wine season. It quickly became commercialized, mass-produced, and sold worldwide.here's some types of "Brandys".

Grape brandy.
Grape brandy is produced by the distillation of fermented grape juice.

Fruit brandy
Fruit brandy are distilled from fruits other than grapes. Apple, plum, peach, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and apricot are the most commonly used fruits. Fruit brandy is usually clear, 80 to 90 proof, and usually drunk chilled or over ice.
Vegetal fire water
The Vegetal fire water,are alchoolic drinks, made by distilling vegetables, such as: molasses of sugar cane, sugar syrup, cactus, etc...



 

 
Brandy's                                                     

Brandy (derived from Brandywine, from is a spirit produced by means of distilling wine, the wine having first been produced by means of fermenting grapes. Brandy contains 40%–60% alcohol by volume and is normally consumed as an after-dinner drink. It is generally colored with caramel coloring to imitate the effect of long aging in wooden casks.


 
Liquers                                                     

Liqueur is a sweet alcoholic beverage, often flavored with fruits, herbs, spices, flowers, seeds, roots, plants, barks, and sometimes cream. Liqueurs are not usually aged for long periods, but may have resting periods during their production to allow flavors to marry.
